Buyer beware of Acer products! I just purchased an Acer monitor and needed some assistance to make adjustments. Acer is a company that wants to avoid one on one contact with its customers and phoning them is proof of that. There is no human being to speak with and you will end up "talking" to a recording over and over. A recording that will not be able to understand your request. I had several different phone numbers that I called and the result was always the same. I sent Acer an email yesterday about this appalling lack of customer service and have not heard and do not expect to ever hear from them. This is the first and last Acer product I will ever purchase. There are other companies out there that would be more than glad, I'm sure, to get my business.
No more Acer.

I hate to say it... but you get what you pay for. Acer is not known for being a good brand. A little bit of research and paying for name brand merchandise can really save you a lot of headaches.
