Complaint Review: ACER

I bought a ACER 7720-6155 for a xmas gift what a peice of junk. can't type a letter or email with out it mixing the words all over the message an in between words an sentences. it jumbles everthing. i sent it in for repair 24.00 an got it right back in days with a note reloaded your software, turned off mouse tapping and tested. tested what ??? it came back doing the same thing. they repair by trying the easy way out, till your contract is up or yo get tired of paying 24.00 actually everyone i've meet that has had an acer never got it fixed at all. i'm a tech, an i know the game but i would have replaced the keyboard circuit board and if that didn't fix it the mother board. but they are not going to do that, you will continue to pay 24.00 to keep sending it back with no results. i'm going to fix it myself by bad mouthing ACER to everyone i meet in the computer stores, internet, coffee shops, & disney. we all should sign our emails with our signature an in bold letters ACER SUCKS on the page, to let it pass around on the net. so others won't buy their products. I'm going to RUN OVER IT WITH MY CAR and buy a REAL NAME BRAND as we all should do... xxxxxxxxx
