I HAVE SENT MY ACER DESKTOP IN FOR REBOOTING PROBLEMS AT LEAAST 4-5 TIMES AND THEY CLAIM TO HAVE FIXED IT ON EVERY ATTEMPT. I HAVE HAD IT FOR A YEAR AND THEY HAVE OCCUPIED IT MORE THAN I HAVE. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SPEND ANY MONEY ON ANY ACER PRODUCT, EVER AGAIN! NEVER!
