ACER Computers sold me a lemon laptop asked them to replace it they wouldnt now have no warranty and it doesnt work San Jose San Jose California

i bought a acer laptop for about 8 hundred dollars ,shortly after i owned it the dvd player stopped working called them they told me to ship it to them it was under warranty.they shipped it back to me and said it was working perfectely but the dvd player still didnt work so i called them back and told them that its still not working please just replace it they said no will fix it so i shipped it back again when they sent it back to me they had to replace the dvd player cause it was broken .i asked them why did you ship it back to me before if the dvd player was broken .no reply now again the dvd player doesnt work again for the third time and they say now its out of warranty. i spoke to a represenative of their company today and asked the why they didnt replace the unit when i told them that there was several problems he said they didnt have to first of all i didnt buy the laptop in india i bought it here in the united states so why did i have to deal with him i asked him to transfer me to someone in the united states he said he was not allowed to.
