 I purchased an ACER laptop computer in May 2009 and the battery died before Christmas the same year.  I have repeated submitted COMPLETELY EVERYTHING they have asked in order to get a replacement battery under warranty.


ACER ignores my requests and repeatedly asks for the same information I have submitted numerous times, such as a copy of my May 2009 sales receipt from Office Depot.  

ACER asked for me to purchase a phone card for a minimum of $60 for 30 minutes of talk time and they will talk with me by phone.

Talk about a RIP OFF!

ACER, HONOR YOUR WARRANTY!!!
