On September 22, 2009 I purchased the Italian version of Rosetta Stone Software Levels 1, 2, & 3 with Audio Companion for $199.99 with $5.00 USPS Shipping. I received an Order Confirmation email. This email indicated orders generally ship within one week, occasionally taking up to 3 weeks.
I payed with PayPal and my credit card was immediately charged and the payment sent via PayPal to Tagloot.com with an email confirming the transaction.
After 4 weeks, no item arrived. I tried multiple times to contact Tagloot.com via their Contact Us page on their website and by replying to their Order Confirmation email.
After many attempts myself over a few weeks, I filed a transaction dispute with PayPal. Unfortunately it was past their 45 day window and my dispute was promptly declined.
This was my second order with this company. The first order came promptly and as advertised. Unfortunately I placed a third order which has also not arrived and is long overdue. (Details posted separately on this website.)
