 My daughter asked me to order a cell phone for her IPhone with her child support money On 4/10/17. I asked her if it was a safe site and she said yes. I should of checked it out and I didn't. I used my debit child support debit card to purchase the cell phone case for $16.99. Then after they sent an email and a receipt for the transaction and will email for a delivery. A week went by and they finally sent an email stating the package is coming in a few days. My daughter was happy with her phone case but the packaging was beat up and poorly wrapped. Today my daughter went to a ATM machine to get cash from her child support money when her account was $0 balance. She was upset and it was impossible because she always have money on her account. I went online to check the card statement and ACETAG.COM charged $16.99 14 x on her card. Then on 4/15/17 they charged 7 more times the $16.99 until there was no more funds in her account. I called the customer service number to file a complaint and to ask for the money back but there's no service but to leave your name and number...I told my daughter she was robbed. I had to cancel my card and wait for the bank to send us another one. I feel like is all my fault because I should of looked more into this bogus company.
