So I was checking my bank account and I found an unusual activity involving 150 dollars taken out by some ach usa credit. I did not know what to think so i got ahold of my bank and they told me I have to wait for the transaction to be put on the account because currently it is still on hold until tommorrow. I dont like being told there is nothing i can do when it comes to my money. So i contacted ach via email and told them i had reported them for fradulent activity and if i am not refunded my money then i will sue their asses.
I am waiting to hear back from them I will keep you updated. thanks for reading

The url for the company specified in the complaint is for an un-related company.   We are commonly mistaken as the source for an ACH transaction since we are one of the top providers in North America, but we are not the processor for the company "USA Credit" listed in the complaint.

I would be more than happy to help with your consumer rights under the laws and rules which govern the ACH payment network if you are unable to resolve the problem directly.

don't worry about suing yet. Ask the bank for a federal from E dispute, and that should take care of it. The bank will have to investigate and your funds will be returned if any fraud or error was conducted on the account. It could take a month..sometimes more, sometimes less..but they will get to the bottom of it for you.
