Zero stars wasn't an option. I started an application and didn't finish at the store. I read the terms and decided not to buy the furniture, but less then 20 minutes alter I receive an email saying loan was completed. I called then the next day and told them I didn't sign any documents and I didn't pay any processing fee to complete the loan.

No word for 2 weeks then I get an email about non payment. I call them and no help I tell them I don't have any furniture or loan through them. Again no word after the phone call. Six weeks later now ex girlfriend has the furniture delivered and set up while I am at work. Her name was no where on my house lease or furniture lease.

Store, ex girlfriend and loan company are all crooks. I filled police report for fraud with all names listed and submitted it. This companies stupid response is I have the furniture, like I am going to put it on the front lawn to be stolen. 56 days behind on loan and credit score drop over 68 points due to fraud.

I will be looking to build a case against all three parties involved. I have already filled police report and phone records showing me talking to loan company and not a single phone call to store.

You Have a Problem....

I called then the next day and told them I didn't sign any documents and I didn't pay any processing fee to complete the loan.  56 days behind on loan and credit score drop over 68 points due to fraud.  These 2 sentences in the same complaint tell me one of them is not true.

The fact you received an e-mail indicating the loan docs were completed and your credit score dropped because of the late payment on the loan clearly indicates the documents were completed.  If you didn't complete the documents, then there is no way for the loan company to not only put your name on the loan, but your SSN assigned to it.  If we assume everything in the rest of the narrative is true, then your now ex completed the documents....and she was not an ex at the time.  That's a problem....

I will be looking to build a case against all three parties involved.  At least 2 of the parties you aren't going to be able to do anything with.  The loan company is going to have a loan application signed with all of your information on it, so you really have no place to go there.  The furniture store delivered furniture to you once the loan was completed, so they didn't do anything wrong.

The only action you may have is against ex-girlfriend who per your narrative could have completed the loan documents, in which case you have a case for fraud against her.  However, I doubt you could prevail on that action and even if you did, does she have assets to collect on?  I'd guess not.  This probably isn't her first rodeo....she's probably done this before.

I have already filled police report and phone records showing me talking to loan company and not a single phone call to store.  Of course your phone calls are to the loan company - you have late payments to the loan company.  So what?  You already said your now ex arranged for delivery of the furniture.  Her number was probably put on the contract.  Again...this is probably not her first rodeo...

Your problem is that your now ex created this mess, assuming everything is true, and the companies you dealt with honestly believed she was with you...and she was at the time.  I'd talk to a lawyer and see if you can get the contract rescinded - of course all of the furniture has to go back and the whole thing would be a longshot, but I'm thinking you're OK with that....  Of course, the lawyer will cost you more than the furniture, but your credit score may go back up once the credit report is cleaned up....

Being honest

I read other reviews about this company where when you enter a code to sign into your loan documents that is you agreeing to the loan before you even read the terms. I exited from loan document when I read the 90 days same as cash before 80% interest. I got noticed that the loan was complete but I didnt pay the loan processing fee and can print out all my records to start the loan.

I called the loan company a.s.ap. about and they said would reach out to store. I never got a call or email from store. Loan company said delivery was confirmed 30 minutes after loan was processed but I have a delivery comfirmation for almost three weeks later. Ex told me she took care of the furniture through her friend. Two days after furniture delivered I got a phone call requesting payment. And that's when ended relationship and filed police report.

....then the company has no valid contract with you.  You said you left without signing contracts.  So the company has just delivered furniture to you as a gift, and you are under no obligation to pay for it.  Explain this to your bank and get a lawyer to send a letter explaining that you will sue if the harrassment over payments for items you did not purchase (and for which they cannot produce a valid contract) does not stop.

Tell the company that, as a courtesy, you will be available at such and such a time to allow them to retrieve the furniture they "accidentally" sent you, but if this happens again you intend to keep it.

I suspect, however, that this is not the real story.  I suspect that you agreed to the purchase, signed forms, and then suffered buyer's remorse and tried to cancel before the furniture arrived.  I find it bizarre that the store managed to "force" the furniture into your house through "your ex-girlfriend who had a key to your house and was apparently in on the scheme" who just let them walk in and deliver it.  This really doesn't pass the smell test.  At any rate, get ready to explain to a judge that you made every effort to give the furniture back and cancel the contract.

Sorry, but I don't believe your "they put this furniture in my house while my back was turned" story, but if it's true, stop with paragraph one.   Good luck.
