Complaint Review: ACIONTALK

ACIONTALK, VOIP SERVICE. The company launched a VOIP product that has unlimited calls to countries in Asia. As a marketing strategy, it launched an MLM system and has recruited multiple distributers as well as customers. As a new company, distributors has expressed problems with the products, that being:  hang and drop calls, echoing, unconnected calls, delays, connection to porn lines in the background, screeching noise in the background, etc. The company CEO (Steve Troung)  refused to see that problem and continued to promote the product. Many customers complained and eventually cancelled. Distributors signed up due to the promised of gains from the marketing strategy but unable to sell because the products are defective. The customer service is the worst ever,,, to think it is a brand new company. They have a call center that answers 24/7 but no return calls are made from the corporate office. If you call directly to the office, you can received such an answer as "I'm busy right now call me back". The service had not been working (no connection) since July, customers cancelled and now that they're asking for money back, they are being informed they can switch to their cellphone service. NONE OF THE CORPORATE PEOPLE CAN ACCEPT THAT THEIR PRODUCT IS THE PROBLEM! Worst of all, the distributors are unpaid from all their hard work. In fairness, the new distributors cannot sell because of Defective Product. The business marketers DID NOT QUIT,,, the Company CANCELLED THE PRODUCT !!  The company is saying, the marketers can switch to the Cell Phone business so they don't have to refund! SHAME ON YOU , ACIONTALK !! You should give everyone's money back !!!
