Ackerman & Walker spoke to: Alex Attia and James Stone Called stating that they were representing American Webb Loan and Alex Attia stated I owed them $3,000 and Mr. Jones stated that I owed $2,100 and they were attemping to collect for the loan company. When question them further they stated that they had my address and my social security number and that they were going to take me to court for the amount. New York New York
I receieved a call from and Company called Ackerman & Walker telling me that I owed a webb loan company money andd they were collecting for Commenty Bank who loan the money for American Webb Loan,
The first person I spoke to was a Alex Attia and he stated that I owed $3,000.00 Person number 2 a James Stone stated that I owed $2,100 and if I didn't settle immediately they were going to take me to court.
I asked each of them to give me their address of buiness and they told me that they could not give me the number because he last person they gave their address to, when the gentlemen went outside was shot and killed.
I went on line a found a Commenty Bank and they stated that they did not loan money for any webb loans and that they had never heard of Ackerman and Walker. I spoke with Tristain 855-226-6901. I called American Webb Loan as well and they stated that I had no loan with them. I spoke with Connie 855-226-6901.
My biggest concern was some how they had my email, telephone and physical address and became really aggitated when you question them about they name of he Company and location.
