Good News!!! After notifying Rip Off Report last week about Ackerman's Billing Department prematurely billing me by error, they credited my account the difference of my actual payment and posted the bill towards the next scheduled quarterly payment for October 2012.

Although I signed up for a 1 year contract, their Customer Service Department advised me that I signed a 3 year contract. After explaining the details of the contract to the Customer Service Department that there was an error, there was no action taken regarding my concerns and I was repeatedly advised that I signed a 3 year contract.

I truly believe if I had not contacted your site, then my complaint and concerns would not have been addressed regarding the error with the 3 year contract issue. However, the executives from Ackerman called me and listened to my concerns because they always stand behind their word and are noted for being a creditable and reputable company.

The Ackerman executives treated me fairly and resolved all issues with my contract. They amended it back to a 1 year contract. Thank you for your diligence by looking into this matter, but it is now resolved and Im happy with the outcome.
