Moved from one rental home to another rental home. Had asked them to cancel my service due to hardship. Theybsaid at that time I had signed a 3 year contract and I would have to pay around 900 dollars to get out of it. I new I would be moving in a few months so I borrowed money to catch up the bill. Once I moved they continued to take money from my account triggering an overdraft. When I wrote to the main office asking for that money back, they sent me a final demand letter for 752.52 . I talked to a lady they sent to my house to see if they could replace the adt system that was already in the new rental. It was too outdated and not compatible.    I told her about the 3 yr contract thing and she said they dont do 3 yr contracts on rental property. I didnt hear anything else from them until I saw money come out of my account. I am disable and trying to take care of me and my kids on 20, 000 dollars a year. I served in the military and cant figure out how big name companies can knowingly hurt the people who are already struggling. You have no  decency and I am so sad that you can do this to us.
