Complaint Review: Ackerman Security Systems

I signed a 1 year term contract on February 12, 2012 with the agreement to have month to month term and the ability to cancel at any time. After deciding to switch to another provider after unsatisfactory service recently, I reached out to Ackerman to cancel. They emailed a contract with a 3 in the year slot that had obviously edited from the original 1 year contract. I have emails and documents to prove that Ackerman changed the year term without my permission. They changed the original contract from 1 year to 3 years so I would have pay at any time to cancel. Not only are they a sad excuse as a security provider but also crossing the line in legal terms.
