ACLens Double charged and lied about refunding any of the money Columbus Ohio

I went to purchase from ACLens October of this years (2015). The contact lenses I wanted were out of stock and I apparently didn't have the right kind of prescription for them. They attempted to get my eye doctor to provide a contact lense prescription to no avail. 

After much hassle, I decided to cancel my order, to which they promised my money would be refunded. Shortly thereafter, my bank statement came in the mail. It was then I noticed they had withdrawn from my account twice.

When I saw this, I contacted them about it, to which they said they had only taken out money once and had refunded it upon request, though it would take 3-5 business days for the money to reach my bank, so I waited. The money never returned. 

I spoke with my bank and they did a thorough investigation. Come to find out, this company not only goes through Amazon, but they also lie about refunds as they truly withdrew twice and never returned any of the money. Do not do business with this company as you will be ripped off.
