I ordered medication from aclepsa for a total of $118.38 on Jan. 24. It was charged to my Visa on Jan. 25. Aclepsa sent me an email saying they shipped it. Never happened. Was supposed to be delivered in 10-14 business days.

Here I am , patiently, 1 month later. My order doesn't show up on my account on their website so there's no way for me to track it. I contacted Aclepsa(qualitygenerics) about my order and they said they had a management change on Feb. 11 and weren't responsible for the order. They gave me an email address "forref2008@gmail.com", saying it gets me in contact with the old management. Aclepsa told me they would respond in 24/48 hours.

Here I am, 8 days and 2 messages sent to them later, with no response. It's becoming obvious they are simply fraudulently stealing money under the pretense of selling medication. I've contacted my credit card company to have this investigated and hopefully concluded.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you
