Complaint Review: Aclepsa / Quality Generics

Aclepsa / Quality Generics do not refund in case of non-delivery.

After 2x nondelivery and nearly 3 months after initial order they keep ignoring my requests for refund. Although they promised 'money back' all along.
Having asked for it very specifically 10 times now i only get avoidant answeres like my next order would be 50% bonus and so on.
I read some pretty bad reviews on them too. I should have done that before.

My advice to everyone who is tempted by their rather low prices in comparison.
Before you order from them, check with your credit bank the possiblity of reclamation, because they are the only option to get you money back.

Spare your nerves from Aclepsas / QualityGenerics dubious business conduct and the phony tactics of their so called Customer Support.
Turn right to your bank when your order hasn't arrived in reasonalbe time.

Or better yet, don't do business with them at all.
