Complaint Review: ACME Termite Company Inc.

I could not be more frustrated with this company. I used them in the past and all seemed to be ok. I called for another appointment for this year was scheduled for a Friday afternoon. I left work to make the appointment waited 40 minutes and no one showed. I called and they said I did have an appointment and they did not understand where Ken was but that they would get back to me. I waited 40 more minutes and no call. I called again and it rang through to Ken's cell and he was on a call 40 miles away. I understand things happen but I work for a living to, call and let me know the issue so we can reschedule. I will not be using these guys again. If they have no respect for your time do you want to use them???
