I bought a software (MP3 CD burner) from acoustica.com on May 21, 2005. I was forced to format my computer due to a virus the next day. I backed up all my programs, but when I reinstalled MP3 CD burner, I was asked for the registration key. When I asked for one, they never replied. I sent countless inquiries to acoustica.com and I never received any reply.
