Complaint Review: Acqua Flamingos Eduardo Valencia Luis Valencia Miquel Granada Luz Valencia Benjamin DeQuebedo

Acqua is the most despicable display of integrity that I have ever experienced. Just like all the other complaints, we too were treated horribly. Once finally into our apartment, we didn't have any lights, the drain in the shower was slanted to drain on the opposite side causing major water damage to our guest room. As you enter the building, there is the biggest trash dumb overflowing with food, animals, rats and cockroaches- yet that is where the trash goes. I am sure a nice batch of e-coli will be easily caught there too.

Luckily or unluckily for me I understand Spanish which put me in many situations where I overheard the horrendous treatment others were receiving. I overheard them commanding their employees to turn off the electricity and gas on a tenant, they made promises to meet others and never showed, weeks went by where they didn't pay their employees including the week of Christmas and they spun their "clients" around and around in circles squeezing them of any last dollar they might have.

The Valencia family smiled to us in our face and then fxxxx us from behind. Their mother, Luz, spent all day running around selling patio furniture, blinds and lights to the tenants, happily knowing that her boys would refuse any other furniture to enter the grounds.

I HIGHLY suggest you DO NOT do any business with them, do not stay there, rent or buy. They are seriously dirty, nasty, mean and unconscious people. I truly hope that the feds come in and arrest these people so that they can no longer work. They destroy the faith we have in Mexico and the integrity of the Mexicans.
