This firm and the two individuals referenced are scam artists. I was contacted by Stevens last year when I posted a loan transaction I was seeking to fulfill. He saw the post and reached out. He indicated that he and his partners were private investors and had access to funds to fund larger transactions.
We talked by phone and he seemed professional and knowledgeable. I checked out their website (since changed) and determined that they looked legit. We worked several opportunities and proceeded to have several clients submit fees to complete a "background check" through ADP Screening (legit). Clients were "approved", commitment letter issued.
Then the excuses and delays. This went on for weks. Despite email and phone calls, less and less information was shared until all communication ceased. Do not trust these folks. Their website has been revamped, nowhere what it was a year ago when I first went there. SCAMMERS.
