Complaint Review: acre mortgage

Al Valentine...a big.bull shxxxxx! Was told to pay.down existing.credit cards and.debt. even sold r.car for down payment on house. Was promised a.commitment letter.for builder. Was even.given a pre.approval letter....he told us he didn't.need r.business but was.doing us a favor. I should have ran.then...he is very.cocky.and all about himself. Drove us nuts for.2 months.with this maze of craziness and changing of his mind on r situation after we did all he said....

once I told him how we felt and that we.needed.this done.asap.like he said he would he.got an attitude. He just strung us Along for nothing. He even had.my.realtor believing him and everyone else... . He even told a client I referred him to...when I thought he was helping us..not pay his mortgage and .pay.off outstanding debt.and promised him.closing on a.refi before mortgage was due.

Thank.god.my.friend didn't.listen! He says how busy he is and has all these clients... yeah... busy.scamming .everyone and.not.following thru... Do not believe.this man or.mortgage company! He is big trouble... and the good faith estimate was loaded.with fees and over the top! Don't listen to.a.word of advice he says...u will be.sorry....and ever.since.r.blow out now I.have creditors.calling.me in which he told.us not.to.pay..that haven't been.reporting In.2 years!..hope he goes to jail or.gets.fired...I.don't know how.he.sleeps.at.night victimizing people and families that r.trying to buy a home! Beware of the lies and promises! He's just on a self seeking ego.trip!
