This company lied, stole, damaged my furniture. they quoted one price and conned me into paying a much higher price as the 'estimated' the weight to be more than it was.
they said they would wrap my furniture in blankets and did not - hence it was all damaged. many items did not even make it to the destination as they didn't bother labeling all the items when they moved them.
they handled all boxes with very little care so most boxes were open, damaged, upside down by the time they delivered them to the destination.
the sofa would not fit up the stairs..so instead of hauling it up over the 1st floor balcony - they were too lazy to do so and left the sofa in the car port. i had to find another mover to move this in eventually.
They never return phone calls, i have called continuously to try and retrieve my goods and they never call back even when they say they will. they lie about looking for my items. each week they fob me off with the statement 'the ruck will be here next week' this has been going on for weeks.
THEY ARE LIERS, CHEATERS, DISHONEST, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITY AND NO TRAINED MOVERS. THEY ARE COWBOYS AND ACT AS SUCH.
