Complaint Review: Across America Moving & Storage

This outfit has no idea what customer service is. They will lie to you! You will not be happy with their so called service. My suggestion is to stay away. Your quote is a joke, you will pay more. they will tell you they are refunding you a certain amount and then lower that amount. They will promise you a delivery date and will not communicate with you if they change it. I have a box that they left that is not ours and I was told to keep it. I don't know about you but I don't want somebody else to have my property and deal with a carrier that just doesn't care.
