Paid Across Foods AKA Belpastry for undelivered goods. Requested money back from Michael Sas from Across Foods. Refused to refund money for undelivered Bakery Goods. Took my money, made empty promises and was rude. Buyer beware Belpastry and Across Foods rips people off taking their money for undelivered bakery goods. Michael Sas is a liar who makes empty promises on undelivered goods.

Response to False Claim

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, December 02, 2011

The so-called company filing this false claim named 'ecofriendly' out of Baltimore MD does not exist. 'Ecofriendly' is merely a term used for eco-friendly commodities in relation to household cleaning products and not related in any way to food products. The false claim states as well it is related to an internet sale. We do not sell directly to consumers nor do we sell through the internet. This false claim is most likely posted by a disgruntled ex-contractor who was providing services to Across Foods and Belpastry up until a few days prior to the posting of this false claim on a Sunday morning around 5 am ET. The contractor was let go in view of communication problems and not following of working guidelines. I would like to hope an organization like ripoffreport.com would be more selective in screening these types of false claims and the origin of the data of the so-called victim. And no, I will not pay $ 2,000 to this same platform to start up an arbitration process to 'clean' my name.

During these difficult economic times for all of us we should not have to worry about these pathetic acts of revenge, rather be focusing on reviving our US economy. Sincerely, Michael Sas Owner of Across Foods and CEO to Belpastry, Inc.
