Complaint Review: Across The States Vanlines

STAY AWAY!!! FRAUD!! LIARS!! THIEVES & CROOKS!!!! THE WORST!! i moved from queens to TEXAS less than a month ago and these "people" made it the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! they quoted me a price (twice) and the day of the move, THEY DOUBLED IT, even though i actually took LESS stuff!!! they KNEW i had to be at the new job 5 days later and i HAD to vacate my apt., so i had NO ALTERNATIVE. They PROMISED 3-4 days in their oWN truck, THEY LIED!! they OUTSOURCE the job and took 7 DAYS after i got angry....

IT GETS WORST!!!! I HAD TO UNLOAD MY OWN THINGS BECAUSE THE DELIVERY MAN CAME BY HIMSELF!!! AFTeR I COMPLAINED THEY REFUSED TO TALK TO ME, THEY REFER YOU TO THEIR complaint managers, who work for them, and they denied me any reimbursment.....

PLEASE SATY AWAY, SAVE YOUR $$, THEY WILL LIE, SWEET TALK, TELL YOU THEY ARE PROS, NOT LIKE THE OTHER gUYS, THEY'RE BETTER, CHEAPER, FATSER!! ITA A FRAUD!!
I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH A COUPLE OF AGENCIES! I DONT WANT THEM TO RIP ANYBODY ELSE OFF.
