ACS ACS Cash Services, Collection Bureau of America, Standard Loaning Recovery LLC Trying to tell me I owe on a payday loan from 2010 Internet
These people have been calling me and e mailing me since November. They state that I took a $400 payday loan and now with late fees, penalty fees and interest I owe $1,274. or I can make a one time settlement fee of $1,170. I never took a loan out with these people. They keep calling my cell phone, my job and my supervisor. They are telling me they are going to download the papers and I will have to appear in court. Well as far as I know when a judgment is done you do not appear in court. I have contacted the local police dept., the FBI internet crimes, the NJ Attorney General's office, the Senator. I have also notified the credit bureau's and have put a block on it for 7 years. These people keep trying to scare people into sending them money.
