Had an e-mail in my spam box  from someone claiming to be Attorney Ronnie Brooks representing Cash Advance Inc. Company. States the company has made mutiple attempts to call me, has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press legal charges aganist me.

Claims that they ran my social security number through their National Checking Database System, and finding out that I have never been charged for fraud activity, has decided to give me a chance out of court without having a report on my credit hiostory and SSN.

Claims a $650 laon now will cost me $2873.81 lawsuit, and I can settle for 45% if I contact them via e-mail within 4 hours of receiving e-mail.

The e-mail looked as if a 5 year old typed it, and the spelling was horrible. It was obviously a scam, by the way the e-mail was formatted. These people do not realize that no one sends a legal document via e-mail, especially a reptuable company. Using a g-mail account? With no crediable sources?

Please do not fall for these scammers and bill collectors. They need to understand not everybody falls for the nonsense, especially someone with legal experience.
