ACS Inc.5 receive email to pay 945.67 in 48 hrs to prevent lawsuit against me. san jose, California
On 2-17-12 I received an email From ACS Inc that they wer notifying me a lawsuit will be brought against me for an unpaid amount of $945.67I was told I had 48 hours in which to pay this amount and when calling 1-760-542-3152 to have my debit card ready.Iwas told that if I did not respond I should be prepared to pay$4728.35.I see from other reports the exact same wording but with different amounts owed and different phone numbers.I did not respond to the email nor did I call the phone number.I did file a report with the FTC, California Attorney General and Alabama Attorney General.
