ACS INC Sent me 2 emails stating I must pay $870.69. When I call the number provided they do not answer,and it is within the bussiness hours they provided. I also e- mailed them my direct phone number 2 weeks ago,still have not received a call from them. Internet
I have received 2 e-mails from ACS INC , legal.acs.dept@acsincorp.org stating that I owe $870.69 for a loan. If I do not pay they will have a lawsuit against me which is about $3210.79. This is their words exactly. Also the grammar in the e-mails is not very good. Says I have to "send a promissory note to stop case file temporarily out of the courthouse. So get back to us ASAP." It also states in the e-mails that they are unable to get ahold of me. This is not true,I sent an e-mail to them giving them my phone number,also they obviously have my e-mail. I have yet to receive a call from them.I call the phone number listed over and over during the listed hours of service, no answer. Eventually goes to what sounds like a fax machine. The phone number is 1 940.220.8833 Monday-Friday 9:30am - 5:00 pm. Cindy Muskegon,MI

Don't send or sign a promissory note. Don't send them any money. Don't contact them. They are scammers and they are running the Payday Loan Collection scam on you.
Go to FTC(dot)gov to check out this popular scam. It has been around a long time. The phone numbers they have given you are spoofed. The names are fake. The 'debt' is fake. Even if you actually do owe someone a payday loan, paying this one won't go toward the loan you do owe.
