Complaint Review: ACS Incorporated

I have received two emails and severals calls stating that I owe this company ACS Incorporated $790.67. And that they have called me and sent me letters with regard to a loan that I allegedly owe them and that if I do not call them within 48 hours, they will have a lawsuit against me. That I am to refer to my loan papers. And they stated that they are taking this as a flat refusal to pay. They have told me to call them with my credit card information and they will set up a payment plan. I have sent them two emails asking for all of the details, i.e. account numbers, debt amount, original debtor and account numbers. I have never received any letters from them. I do know that they have called my family members repeatedly and left messages on their voice mail stating that there is a law suit and a restraining order out against me.

As of this date 3/12/12, I have not received any information from them, nor does their email contain any names. I did include in my email that they do not have my permission to contact anyone but me and that they should do so by U.S. mail and to do it with complete details including addresses and legitimate telephone numbers.
