They threaten court/jail/coming to my place of employment/home/garnishment of wages, etc.  I cannot live a day without an OLIVIA JONES "PROBABLY A FAKE d**n NAME" and a number which nobody ever answers which is 855-495-1764 ext 334, 347-796-4448, it never ends...GOD HELP ME! These people are making up there own numbers.

It is probably some overseas Nigerian company using fake names....I told them I want emails/a website/and actual phone number/a live person/confirmation numbers and printouts of what I have been paying this is ridiculous...everyday living in fear working 5 hrs a week minimum wage....What do I do somebody please help me!.......

I know some people that can help you, The Illinois state government runs a referral service to non-profit and No Charge Credit Counseling services.

They will give you good advice on how to deal with this including what legal action you can take against these scammers.

Please call the Illinois government or go to http://www.idfpr.com/Banks/CONSUMER/CREDITCOUNSELING.asp

If the link is deleted in this post, I found it by Searching Illinois Credit Counseling and choosing the link that says "Credit Counseling- State Of Illinois".

Good Luck

You cannot be arrested for a debt like a payday loan - they are just trying to get your money with lies! When then call again (and they will if you have sent them money) tell them to stick is where the sun don't shine and hang up.
