Complaint Review: wcss

I called and asked why I was being charged for services twice. I got the same girl each time. Her name was Erica and she said she would cancel the service and pay Verizon the money they had charged me which they never did. I was also promised $50.00 for just hooking up with them, which I never received. From now on I am going to buy prepaid cards to do my long distance calling. they are all a ripoff, but this one by far is the worst.
