ACT*ACTIVE-NETWORK After I had already subscriibed to a marathon training program, they charged me an additional $89.95 for a "membership"

On April 13, 2019, I subscribed to a 20 week marathon training program for $146.00. The cahrge went through and I paid it. On May 14, 2019, I noticed a charge for $89.95, for a membership that was supposed to give discounts to other sports programs.

I did not authorize this, as it was not part of my marathon training program! I called my credit card company, who gave me Active's phone number. I called and asked why I was being charged, when I did not authorize the charge to my account.

The customer service person started telling me why I needed this memebrship. I responded by telling him that I wanted it taken of of my account. Then, he asked me, "Are you a policeman?" He ended our conversation by telling me that he would cancel my membership and remove the charge.

I called my credit card company back, to let them know that I had contacted Active, and they said they would issue me a credit. I also told my credit card company that I wanted to make sure that the charge is removed, since I thought that the Active company was a little shady....
