Complaint Review: Action Appliance Inc.

This company comes out & " diagnosis's the problem. They then sell you parts that are not needed for the repair of the appliance.

They dramatically overcharge for the repair parts compared to what you can obtain the parts for directly form the manufacturer of the appliance.I found this out after my work was completed by Action Appliance, which I had unfortunately authorized.

I contacted the manufacturer to see if the story I was given was accurate, & in no way did the manufacturer tell me that the part that was recommened by Action Aplliance was even necessary to complete my repair.

I would strongly recommend to anyone not to use this company for any work.
