In less than 3 years, I opened 6 trouble tickets with Action Appliance concerning the same problem (freezer drain freezing over) with my refrigerator.  Each time, Action has sent someone out to fix the problem (at great expense to me) and each time they mention that while it is the same problem, they are sure that they fixed it this time.  This last trouble ticket (#6), I called to complain that having this same problem 6 times in less than 3 years is ridiculous.  I was told that it was clearly different problems because they did 5 different things for the first 5 trouble tickets.  Yes, they failed to fix the problem 5 times and I get charged for it every time.  Now, they won't even agree to come and look at the issue without charging me.  Most companies would be so embarrassed by this type of problem that they would fix it immediately.  Save your money and go to another company.   Action Appliance is either incredibly incompetent or they are a scam company attempted to extort customers.  I wish I would have checked the BBB complaints on these guys.....unbelievable.
