Action Buys Cars ,ABC Auto Sold me a lemon Montgomery Alabama
I bought a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am from ABC auto about a month ago. Within two weeks I had major problems with the car. I took it back after two weeks and they told me that there was nothing they could do about the problem even though I had just gotten it 14 days prior. I took it to a mechanic and they told me I had an oil leak, motor was burning oil needed to be replaced, it smoked really bad, air didnt work, needed shocks and struts, and had a fuel leak. The car looked good from the outside but it was a lemon under the hood. I am appalled that I am having so many problems and I have had this car for thirty days

I can't believe that all this stuff occurred two weeks after you bought the car. Did you test drive it before you purchased it? Did the air work, shocks were OK, didn't smoke, etc etc.? You can't blame the dealer. YOU bought this piece of crap and I'll guarantee that it was just as bad when you drove it off the lot. Next time you buy a seven year old car, have a mechanic check it out first. If the dealer won't allow this -run, don't walk out of his dealership.
