On day one, the painters painted all of our accent color walls the wrong color. They were only working with two different colors of paint. They painted all the walls the same color. They also spilled paint on the carpet of our stairway landing (we were able to get 99% of it out). We called the owner that evening to get help in communicating to the painters which walls were our accent walls (none of the painters spoke English). He said he was out of town but would send "Heather" the next day to speak to the painters. Heather never showed up, but one of the new painters was able to speak a little English. We still have one wall that is painted wrong, but we will repaint it ourselves. We have custom textured paint in our kitchen. Only the ceiling, baseboards, and doors were to be painted. The painters accidently hit one of the walls with a roller. We had to go buy a $60+ can of paint to repair. We have ceiling paint on our kitchen cabinets. We moved all our furniture to the middle of the room as directed. After the painters left on day one, we were able to sit on our couch and watch television without moving anything. When the painters left at the end of day two, we turned on the television and it made a loud screeching noise and gave us no picture. Upon further inspection, we saw that the screen was cracked. It appeared that it was hit in the corner and then cracked diagonally across the screen. We immediately called the owner & after several conversations, he summed everything up by saying that he asked his guys if they broke the television & they said no. We asked him for his license & insurance information & he would not give it to us. We eventually got the information & filed a claim. We were told by the insurance company that the repair to the television would fall below the policy deductible, so there was nothing they could do. This television was only 3 weeks old. This was a very costly paint job and a lesson learned on our part. It is our intent to help make sure other consumers do not fall victim to this company's low quality, less than favorable customer service, and questionable legal status of its employees.
