We had a simple backed up kitchen sink and had a coupon from them, seemed like a good idea..I should have read reports first.  The "tech" couldnt get the snake through the drain, so talked me into pressure washing it from the roof, and I figured while they were at it bought a new disposal from them, a Badger model they had on sale.  They kept having issues with their machine flipping the breaker multiple times, but eventually the "tech" said it was probably good enough.  less than a week later, we are calling again to have the same problem fixed, again they take the pressure washer up to the roof and it keeps tripping the breaker, but they probably have it  this time, no charge.  less than a week later the same sink is having the same problem yet again, only this time when our dishwasher ran it backed everything up through that sink and flooded the kitchen causing extensive water damage.  they take the machine up to the roof again and they finally figure out that thier hose is clogged and that is causing it to  back up and trip the  breaker..once they put a new hose on it works like a champ, but during the course of clearing the clog the "tech" discovers that we have  been putting egg shells down the disposal that they installed, mind you ther tech took all of the paperwork, owners manual and warranty info with him when he installed it, and I later checked with Badger, egg shells are ok as long as you use plenty of water and only a few at a time> so when I asked him about the damage to my kitchen floor I was told it was owner neglect and they were not responsible..yes I have insurance, but its still a $500 deductable, and lets face it its not user neglect, its service incompetance...I am not only out the 500 deductable, but they voided my new disposal warranty and frankly, pi$$ed me off.
