Active Computing SCAM OVER CHARGING RIPOFF Scottsdale Arizona
This company is created by John Albee. John came to our company to assist in our networking, server, and misc. computer repair. John will always fix something only to work for a very short period just so that he has to come back and do more work. He doesn't give customers the user name or passwords for the server. He consistantly charges for equipment that we dont need. His company is by far a rip off to smaller companies. I have recommended his company to another company and they too are having the same problems. I have called John several times within the past few weeks to get access to our user name and password and he never calls back. I had to block my number for him to answer my call.

Lack of communication was the reason for posting the previous comment. This company has in fact done a much better job with its communications and services. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
