Active Green and Ross bad brake job and lying on service done North Ypork, Ontario
Took vehicle in for a brake issue, they felt a bit shaky (this was a new vehicle, just two years). They looked at it, said the rotors were warped and needed to be replaced, so I had the work done. Half a year later the brakes felt wrong, went to an independent shop and they found the rotors were not replaced just grind way down, so not needed to be replaced (they showed me the rotors here), not the brakes are great. Also went to another Active green and ross on Victoria Park for an oil change and air filter, they left the cap off and just removed the air filter, never put in a new one! I have heard many other stories, no one should go to these places, I think it is their business practice to rip you off!
