The manager of this location Paul Kurtz is a total LIAR!!!  

I had purchased 2 sets of tires worth $2,000 & did not have my Futura Rewards card with me at the time of purchase.    Paul told us to come back another time when I get my card & he will add the points.    

After we had gone back with the card & he swiped it, somehow the points were never added as I find out 2 months later.   I enquired about it & Paul now says he never agreed to add any points!!!   So he completely changed his story!    What a liar!!!   My husband wasted his time to drive over there to show him the card so he can swipe it since he did not know how to add the points manually & then he said he will not give you points that you are entitled to?    Even the person from Futura Reward points spoke to Paul a few times to tell him how to add the points after the purchase without the card so why would she do that if he "apparently" never agreed to add the points in the first place?

Stay away from this Brampton location because the manager Paul Kurtz is untrustworthy & will screw you in other ways!!!!   Once a liar always a liar!   He has lost a customer who was willing to come back & purchase tires again for 2 cars - never again!!!!!!!

Dear Paticia R:

Your posting does not recount the facts in the matter. Your complaint, filed more than 3 months after the service was provided, was investigated by Active Green + Ross Head Office and you also referred the complaint to the Better Business Bureau, who today ruled that they were satisfied with the evidence provided by Mr. Kurtz and that no action was required and the file was closed.

Mr. Kurtz, the franchise owner, advised you at the time of service that you could have the points or recieve an extra cash discount, but not both. You were not in possession of your points card at the time of purchase, and your invoices reflect the extra cash discount.

You are entitled to your opinion as to weather this is fair or not, but you are not entitled to make derogatory comments and defamation of Mr. Kurtz character. If continued, your public comments will be forwarded to our solicitors for their review and action.
