Active Internet is a web development company that was handling the lead campaign for Bullion Investment Corp. The lead company Elite Media Exchange / Dennis Ricksham, was paid directly by Bullion Investment Corp. and had no contract with Elite Media Exchange.
Bullion Investment Corp. paid Elite Media Exchange thousands of dollars and many of the leads were fake. They were given credit for some of them, but after weeks of not being able to reach the leads, many more turned out to be fake, and the client refused to pay them any more.
Elite Media Exchange supplied false leads, and client was considering legal action to recover funds paid to Elite Media Exchange for selling them fake leads.
