Active Periodicals ripoff Deerfield Beach Florida
Was charged with magazines that I do not want and to my way of thinking wrong.I got a paper showing what I owe and they had put it on my credit card. Called the number and have able to get them. This has been going on since November.

Keep trying to contact API, try 954-570-7700
Record a dispute with your credit card company or bank and have them investigate.
Call or email the magazine publisher and tell them not to send any more magazines. Don't forget to tell them your story.

If your phone number is on the do not call list then API has violated the policy = $500
look up 47 USC 227 and 16 CFR Part 310
This company has been fined in Georgia and West Virginia for not stating cancellation policies and not allowing customers to cancel.
Ask for their do not call policy to be mailed to you by certified mail, if they don't have one or fail to do so, then you are eligible for $500 damages per law, FCC
File complaints with the FCC and FTC. Don't give up. Check out my report under API, it's the latest one. Pray!!! Jesus is Lord!!!
