Complaint Review: Active Periodicals

I was repeatedly called and called during strange hours of the day and night. They hang up on my husband and call from private numbers that do not show on my caller ID.

I thought the national do not call list would keep them from bugging me. Because I had previously done business with them it was not keeping them away. My previous business consisted of a time they got me to say yes to get them off the phone so i could finish cooking dinner. I called back next day and got out of contract because of 48 hr buyers remorse. Since that time they think they have the right to constantly call me.

I finally fixed them. The national do not call list had some information for me. If a person asks to be removed from a company's list the company must do so even if the person is not on the do not call list. So if they call you, demand they remove you from their calling list. If they have attempted to call you and wont speak to your spouse you know its them and should call the number listed here to tell them outright to stop calling you.

Since I called them to be removed the calls from unlisted numbers have ceased. Good luck getting them to stop calling you hope this helps you in some way.
