Active Pest Control is not a customer oriented enterprise.
After I consulted with them in 2012 for pest control and termite services they set me on a path to protect my home.
Unfortunetly that path was full of termites.
While undergoing some home rennovations I (not Active Pest Control) discovered live termites. When engaging their customer service everyone I talked with was focused on what they could not do vs. what they could do to help me. After wrestling with the Director of Customer Service I decided to termiate the inept terminators.
Don't waste your time or money with this local outfit they are not serious.
