On August 16th I ordered a "free trial" of Active Hemp CBD oil for a $5.95 shipping g charge. It was delivered on August 23rd (shipping confirmation). There was no info inside the package and only a return address. Because I was out of town I didnt open the package until August 29th. On August 31st I noticed a charge for $69.99 debited from my bank from Naturelife. I called the bank and they gave me the phone number to call and closed down my account so no further charges could be made. I called the number and got a woman who said I had the wrists g number. On Sept. 1st I finally got through and got no satisfaction after 8 calls. They claim the 14 days runs from the day the order is placed even though I still have 5 .ore days before the 14 days is up. Since I was out of town until August 29th I have t even had a chance to try it and now I won't as it's probably as much as a scam as the company. Theres no money back guarantee either. I also didn't receive an email confirming or anything else with contact information. I assume the company keeps changing their name (COMPLEX CBO reports have the same address) to stay one step ahead of the fraud and scam reports. I really want my $69.99 refunded but also dont want other people scammed like I was.
