This company is very misleading and running a massive scam. We called to use a service that we believed to be free at first. After speaking with the sales representative at active prospect we were told that it was a paid service. We did not mind paying for a service we needed and would use. To open the account we received a email with an esign document.
The next step we had a call setup with technician to set the service up. During this call it was confirmed that what we were trying to do was a free service. They were in fact up selling a service we did not want, need and would never use. This was communicated with clearly with the company.
The company has no internal communication or just decided to ignore our requests. I can't prove but I do believe the sales rep just doesn't want to lose commission so they purposely lied and deleted the information.
After a month I knew something was wrong as I had 2 invoices for over $5,000. I reached out to the company and was told it would be taken care of.
There was many emails and calls back and forth over the next few months. I now receive daily calls from collectors trying to bully me into paying over 30k for a service I never used or had.
min top of this the sold 30k to a debit company and started back a zero. I now have 2 emails from the billing for over 5k. They will not stop emailing and calling. The call personal phone numbers that were never provided to them too.
This company is a shame. They should face criminal charges for the fraud they preforming. 40k for sending me an email?
