Two choices here. Write it off, or gas up the car and go over and get it.

#2Consumer Suggestion

Tue, September 27, 2005

You really only have two choices here.

Yeah, you can scream to every legal authority you can find about how you got ripped off. They'll take your complaint. Maybe, next year, they'll even get around to investigating it. You see, there's a lot of this thing going on.

Besides, mr liquidator already has his excuses lined up. Chances are, he's been doing this for a while. So, chances are, he's already had to explain to the law. So, your complaint is nothing new here for this guy.

Most people let this go. They yell and scream. They make threats over the email. And then they go home, or maybe go down to the bar and cause some trouble there.

But, in the end, they go nowhere, and do nothing about their loss.

My suggestion is that you drive over and pay mr liquidator a little visit. You see, he has your money. You can be sure of that. At $5,000 each, times 200 victims, he has so much money that he couldn't possibly have spent it all.

I'll be honest here. I like these frauds. They stand there and try to argue with you.

Of course, once you get them tied down and their foot in a vice, they start to see the light. Usually, after you drill the first hole through the bone, they can see your determination. It doesn't take a big setup here. A cheap cordless drill with a 1/8 drill bit.

The pain is so unbelievable you'll almost feel sorry for the fool. Imagine, in through one side of the ankle bone, and out through the other side. Slowly.

Usually, they vomit. Piss their pants. Defecate too. I mean, you're talking a lot of pain here. The gut-wrenching sobs go on even after you pull the drill out. You'll see.

After one time, trust me, mr liquidator will pay up, with all expenses for your time and trouble. Hell, he'll tell you to take it all. Just please don't drill any more holes. You'll see. Very, very effective in convincing mr liquidator to return your money.

It's either that, or else back down to the liquor store for another case of beer and another evening of yelling and cursing the world and everyone in it. Where's the fun in that?

Oh, by the way, be careful grabbing mr liquidator up. Don't go up strong, because he may have a gun. Instead, walk by and smack him as you pass. Not too hard, though. First timers tend to break skulls like that. You'll need him conscious and talking if you expect him to explain where he has your money.

After you have your money, you can leave mr liquidator to hobble on home. No sense killing him. All you really wanted was your money. Besides, he'll be a great advertisement for the evils of fraud. One look at this idiot as he limps his way around, and all of his buddies will be sure to steer clear of his scam.

As for you, well you'll be just another one of the hundreds if not thousands of people he has cheated. He won't be tracking you down. Where would he even start? He'll go home and apply for disability and live out the rest of his life quietly in a little apartment somewhere. The memory of the pain you caused him will be a daily reminder never to do anything like this ever again.

Now, I ask you, how else can you get results like that? You have your refund, so you're happy. He's sorry. The fraud stops cold.

See how nice things work out in the end?
