Jean Andre Marcelin AKA Andre Marcelin who owns ActNow Realty Trading, a real estate company in Wyandanch, New York, does NOT pay his licensed sales agents. I have a contract with him at 90%/10% with 90% going to me and he chose to pay me a 30% referral fee because I am a Hispanic woman who works very hard and fair and he thinks he can get away with it. He chooses to use people to get ahead and promises things he does not deliver. He is a smooth and gentle speaker, but extremely deceiptful. He chose to breach our contract without any remourse. Be careful when dealing with Marcelin as you too can become the next victim.
